Ministries

Women of all ages and at all stages of their faith journey are welcome!  We offer Bible studies from Walking with Purpose and periodically  from other publishers, such as Ascension Press (see the ​​Walking with Purpose page under “Parish Life > Ministries” for more information).

Unite as a community praying the Rosary for the sanctity of all life from conception until natural death. Meditative hymns are sung, along with the recitation of the Rosary.

The Blessed Sacrament is exposed and adored by volunteers who sign up for one hour or more to pray before the Lord Jesus present in the Monstrance.

Advises the Pastor on financial matters of the parish and school. Responsible for monitoring all income and expenses, and approving the annual budgets.

The council works with the Pastor to help plan and implement the general policies that guide the programs, ministries and organizations of the parish. 

Join us every Friday in Lent for Lenten Suppers. We meet at 6:00 pm in the Parish Center. Stations start at 7:00 pm in church.

Greeters welcome parishioners and distribute bulletins at weekend Masses. Ushers assist with the weekly offertory collections. Contact Deacon Peter Kuhn dnkuhn@diobpt.org

All men are welcome! Meetings are held every other Saturday morning from 6:30am - 7:50am. Join us for coffee, a light breakfast, socialization, and engaging (no pressure) conversation about our faith in a relaxed environment.

Extraordinary Ministers of Communion who serve the Body and Blood of Christ at Mass and to the sick and homebound.

Volunteers who coordinate social activities and gatherings of parishioners during the year.

Volunteers who care for and beautify the grounds and church.

Parish volunteers who warmly welcome parishioners as they enter the Church for Mass.

Reader who proclaim the Scriptures at Mass and other services.

Martha Mary teams take turns cleaning the church (usually on Friday) and and care of the altar linens. This includes the washing and ironing of purificators, corporals, and altar linens.

Rite of Christian Initiation – is the process of study, discussion and discernment followed by adults who wish to become members of the Catholic Church. Classes start in early fall and continue until Easter. Call the Parish Office (203-775-1035) for more information.

Provides hot meals on a monthly basis to the homeless.
