Jesus’ Agony in the Garden

Our new mural, painted by Diane Voyentzie, is located in the back corner of the church by the windows. I asked Diane if she could tell us what inspired her and this is what she said: “My inspiration for painting Jesus’ Agony in the Garden was very simple. We all have our own suffering times….and Jesus is showing us, as He was human also, that even if we don’t want to accept our trials, we can, with the help of God Our Father. Ask for the grace from Him to bear them. God’s will won’t ever take us where His grace will not help us.”
